I was found tied to the gate of a high-kill Animal Shelter in Bluntville, TN one morning. No one around to take care of me. No water. No food. Just a rope around my neck and a gate to keep me in place. Why? I did nothing wrong to deserve this. On my way to a new beginning.
I love to give kisses and I curl up next to you or, if you want, on your lap. Co-pilot
A volunteer at the Shelter found me. She turned out to be my guardian angel that day. Thank you Sharon. She knew I was special. This is what she had to say about me. "She is very sweet and friendly. I asked them not to euthanize her today, hope they held her over. I am pretty sure they will. I just love her sweet expressions." Then she called Illinois Birddog Rescue. Guardian Angel #2.
I'm a sweet, loveable, petite girl who just gave birth to a litter not long ago. But they're gone too. I'm all alone and I have so much love to give and energy to play off. I'm still young and can give someone many years of love and companionship.
Give me a second chance at love!

Why Didn't They Love Me?

Fitting Right In
Bogie and Pom Pom. Being short doesn't slow her down.
I might be part Pointer, but with these flat ears there's something else too.
Kisses for ThelmaLou
Big Kisses for Lisa
Can I go now? I want to play.
I like these stuffed squeaky toys.
With 5 other dogs to play with there's no time to feel unloved. Everyone welcomed me and shared their toys with me. I'm one of the pack!
